In July 2017, the first high-tech gas storage facility in the region was put into operation.

In July 2017 S-munai company has been launched the first int the region gas-holder with capacity of 650 cubic meters.

The gas filling station is designed to receive from suppliers of liquefied petroleum gases (LPG), supplied by rail or road, storing them in ground tanks, filling tank trucks and LPG tank cars and delivering them to consumers. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas is released and received by rail and road.
The STS provides for the provision of the following types of services, including to outside organizations:acceptance of LPG, supplied by rail or road;

• storage of LPG in aboveground tanks;
• filling (filling) of automobile and railway LPG tanks;
• weighing services on automobile electronic scales;
• Technologically, the STS provides for the possibility of receiving two kinds of liquefied gas:
  • 1) technical propane and a mixture of propane and butane technical;
  • 2) 1,3 butadiene (divinyl).
